Reinforcement: Multiple spiral piles of heavy steel wire wrapped in alternating directions.
Cover: An oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber.
Temperature: -40 °C to +120°C (-40 ℉ to +250 ℉)
Introduction:
SAE 100R15 high pressure hydraulic hose is reinforced by four & six alternating layers of spiral and high-tensile steel wire. It is very popular in logging, construction/mining, agriculture and oil field equipment, because it can work constantly under high pressure. It is consist of an inner tube of oil resistant synthetic rubber, multiple spiral piles of heavy steel wire wrapped in alternating directions, and an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.
