Blow-out preventer (BOP) systems requiring high pressure, high temperature and flame resistant control lines certified to API 16D. Armored hose assemblies with flame resistant cover withstand minimum 1300°F (+700°C) flame temperature at working pressure for 5 minutes without failure. BOP Control high pressure fire resistance and heat insulation hose assembly is mainly used for drilling blowout preventer hydraulic control and metallurgy.
Construction:
Inner tube: Principally NBR constructed, featuring oil-resistant, abrasion-resistant, acid and alkali resistant.
Reinforcement: 2-8 layers spiraled by single high-strength steel wire and rubber as a binder to make the layers into one complete and sound construction.
Cover: Primarily CR fabricated, featuring oil-resistant, abrasion-resistant, weatherproof an anti-aging.
Cover: Stainless steel 304 armored
Working pressure: 5000psi to 15000psi
