Construction:
Tube: A thermoplastic inner tube of resistant to hydraulic fluids.
Reinforcement: Reinforced with suitable synthetic fiber.
Cover: A hydraulic fluid and weather resistant thermoplastic.
Temperature: -40 °C to +93°C (-40℉ to +200 ℉)
Introduction:
SAE 100R8 high pressure thermoplastic hydraulic hose is used in non conductive applications where there is potential of contact with high voltage sources, such as blowout preventers, lube lines and construction machinery. It is used for petroleum base and synthetic hydraulic fluids within -40°C to 212°C are frequently used, which will not cause tube failure in specified temperature range.
