Description:
The high pressure steam hose is designed for the transfer of steam within many applications, such as fire prevention, heat control and industries where steam must be transferred safely and reliably. High-pressure steam hose with oil resistant cover : specially developed for saturated steam transfer and for steam cleaning of tanks and pipelines in the chemical and petrochemical industry. It is resistant to bursting, cracking and crushing even under accidental exposure to flame, while being quite flexible and resistant to vibration. It is consist of black, smooth, EPDM rubber especially compounded to withstand super heated steam. It is covered with smooth black weather and abrasion and reinforced with piles of carbon steel wire.
Construction:
Tube: Black, smooth, EPDM rubber especially compounded to withstand super heated steam
Reinforcement: Multiple braids of hightensile steel wire.
Cover: Red, smooth (wrapped) EPDM rubber with excellent resistance to high temperature, weather, abrasion and aging. It is pin-pricked to prevent separation.
Temperature: -40 °C to +236 °C(-40 ℉ to +456℉)
Specifications: ISO 6134-TYPE 2 CLASS B
