Reinforcement: Four spiral piles of steel wire wrapped in alternating directions.
Cover: An oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber.
Temperature: -40 °C to +100°C (-40 ℉ to +250 ℉)
Introduction:
SAE 100R12 heavy duty hydraulic hose is reinforced by four layers of spiral steel wire in alternating directions which can balance pressure and containment forces. Spiral wire reinforcement is ideal for high-impulse and high abrasion resistance applications. This section covers hose for use with petroleum base hydraulic fluids within a temperature range of -40 °C to +100°C. It is consist of an inner tube of oil resistant synthetic rubber, four spiral piles of steel wire wrapped in alternating directions, and an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.
